EDSE provides vital services in the area of Payroll, Benefits, HR Answers, Workforce Analytics (Surveys) and On/Off boarding employees. As an Analyst in Benefit Admin team in India, you will be responsible for administration of statutory benefits, non-statutory benefits and stock admin functions for APAC Region. This includes Retirement Fund Admin (DB/DC plans), Fund Management, Statutory Insurance plans, Regulatory payments and reporting, Life, Medical and Accident Insurance Plans admin, Housing benefits processing, Tuition Assistance programs etc.
Job responsibilities

  • Perform Benefits operations to assure superior employee experience, compliance with all regulatory reporting, monthly returns and internal policies and procedures
  • Responsible for critical processes / payroll input / statutory payments
  • Follow agreed Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in day to day operations, manage deliverables as per agreed schedule and look for ways of improving processes
  • Co-ordinate with various stakeholders and other functional team for benefits related input
  • Ability to identify operational risks, highlight appropriately and identify ways mitigation in a timely manner.
  • Handle External and Internal Audits, regulatory annual compliance inspection
  • Escalate issues in a timely and effective manner. Analyze the escalations received and come up with appropriate resolutions
  • Lead in process training to develop the team and create effective back ups


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's Degree with Minimum of 4-5 years of experience.
  • Working knowledge of various aspects of HR Operations mainly in the area of employee benefits
  • Working knowledge of Defined Benefits/Defined Contribution schemes, managing insurance plans and other industry provided benefits
  • Knowledge of Regulatory, Financial landscape impacting HR areas especially Employee Benefits plans and other HR operations
  • Good communication and presentation skills, verbal and written
  • Strong analytical skills; detail oriented and problem solving skills. An expert with MS Excel - formulae and functionality to handle large data
  • Ability to manage difficult conversations by driving positive outcomes even when the message is difficult to deliver
  • Should be flexible to embrace changes with a partnership minded approach


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Familiarity or working experience on International/APAC benefits
  • Working experience in Oracle HCM
