Job Details
Job Title: Analyst - Data Risk & Privacy Operations (IN)
Key Responsibilities:• Operational understanding of Privacy Laws such as GDPR, CCPA and other relevant privacy regulations.• Conduct tool based privacy assessments and DPIAs (Data Protection Impact Assessments). Maintain and update Records of Processing Activities (RoPA)• Support Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) processes by assessing privacy risks associated with vendors and service providers, ensuring appropriate data protection measures are in place.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement privacy best practices. Skills you need to fit in the role:• Minimum 3 years of experience in Privacy operations.• Strong understanding of Privacy Law and regulations, including GDPR, DPDPA, and CCPA.• Hands on expereince in using privacy tools such as OneTrust, Archer.• Experience in regulatory report drafting.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.• Experience in conducting privacy and TPRM assessments and developing mitigation strategies.
Education:• P.G, LLB, any privacy-related certification (CIPP/E preferred)
