If you're a proactive problem-solver passionate about optimizing CRM (Customer Relationships Manager) systems, the CRM Dynamics Administrator role in our Workplace Solutions team is perfect for you.
As an Analyst in the CRM Workspace Solutions team you'll manage and enhance our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, driving efficiencies and supporting our business objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with minimum 1 years of experience to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business requirements, including creating and managing entities, fields, forms, views, and dashboards.
  • Design and implement workflows, business rules, and process automation to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings to ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Perform data management tasks, including data import/export, data cleansing, and maintaining data quality within the CRM system.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance and support decision-making.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues, providing technical support to end-users as needed.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to understand their needs and provide CRM support and training.
  • Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 features, updates, and best practices, and recommend improvements to the system.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of CRM-related projects and initiatives.


Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 1 year of relevant work experience working with CRM tools, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a CRM Dynamics Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Experience with workflow and process automation tools within Dynamics 365.
  • Proficiency in data management and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Knowledge about data analytics and visualization tools like Alteryx, Tableau and Python is a plus.
  • Project management and follow-through skills.
  • Sensitivity to discretely handle highly confidential and related client/manager information.
