Our new Consumer Public Relations Fellow will have the opportunity to work alongside Methods+Mastery’s fast-growing PR & Communications team servicing our Fortune 50 clients. Someone who has an innate curiosity and the desire to find out "why?” Our team is growing at an amazing rate, and this is an opportunity to produce work for top clients in an entrepreneurial and collaborative environment that values team above all. We do great work – and hire only great people, too.

The Alfred Fleishman Inclusion Fellowship:

Alfred Fleishman, one of our agency's founders, was dedicated to fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion. He was instrumental in bringing underrepresented groups together for dialogue and community. In his honor, FleishmanHillard offers the Alfred Fleishman Inclusion Fellowship program.

The Alfred Fleishman Inclusion Fellowship is an industry-leading program that offers the opportunity for individuals to combine their communication talents with their passion for inclusion. The paid fellowships are 6-12-months in length and offer benefits, professional development opportunities and a mentor program. Fellows contribute to client projects while rotating among account teams, gaining practical experience in the field of integrated communications from some of the industry's best counselors.

During the fellowship, individuals will have the opportunity to:

  • Actively contribute to agency diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives
  • Get paired with senior level mentors to guide them through the program
  • Receive a professional development curriculum to increase your knowledge and learn new skills
  • Prepare & share diversity objectives that will advance agency diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives

Methods+Mastery is actively committed to increasing our team’s diversity, aggressively eliminating systemic barriers to equity, and fostering a culture where different backgrounds and perspectives are respected and celebrated. We firmly believe a team of many diverse perspectives not only makes M+M a better place to work, it is also critically important for producing creative and thoughtful work that represents the world we live in. To that end, we strongly encourage applications from women, people of color, members of the LGBTQ+ community, veterans, individuals with disabilities, and neurodivergent people.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $41,600 - $45,760.

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available.

The Consumer Public Relations fellowship will last six months, with an opportunity for extension beyond this.
