Role: AI Training Manager

About the role -
This is an opportunity to join Brandtech Plus, embedded within a global FMCG organisation, as an AI Trainer delivering hands-on AI capability programmes for internal teams.
AI is reshaping how creative and marketing work gets done — and this role puts you at the centre of that shift. Based in India, you'll deliver training that builds genuine, practical AI proficiency across a range of learners: from onboarding new team members to upskilling client contacts. Your ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear, actionable learning experiences will enable people to work with greater confidence, quality, and efficiency
What you will be doing:
- Deliver live and asynchronous AI training sessions for internal teams and FMCG client stakeholders, adapting content and approach to different experience levels and learning needs
- Run onboarding workshops that embed AI tools and workflows from day one
- Facilitate hands-on, practical sessions that build real capability — not just awareness
- Host regular office hours and troubleshooting clinics to support ongoing adoption across teams
- Manage and maintain training calendars, ensuring sessions are well-planned, communicated, and resourced
- Collect and analyse participant feedback; report insights and recommendations to the Enablement Lead
- Keep training materials, guides, and resources current as tools and workflows evolve
- Identify skill gaps and adapt programme content and delivery accordingly
- Build effective working relationships with internal and client stakeholders to ensure training lands well
What you need to be great in this role:
- Experience designing and delivering AI capability training for varied audiences — including internal teams and external client or stakeholder groups
- Solid understanding of generative AI tools and their practical application in creative, marketing, or content workflows, with the ability to teach these clearly and confidently
- Strong facilitation skills: able to engage learners of different backgrounds and adapt delivery in the moment
- Experience tailoring content for different learning styles, cultural contexts, and seniority levels
- Ability to translate technical AI concepts into clear, practical, jargon-free learning experiences
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable working with and presenting to senior contacts
- Experience managing training logistics: scheduling, materials, calendar management, and feedback collection
- A structured, proactive approach to planning and running training programmes
Gen AI & Agentic Thinking
- Proficiency with generative AI tools relevant to creative, marketing, or content workflows
- Experience building AI-assisted workflows and the ability to train others on effective, responsible usage
- Ability to critically evaluate AI outputs and apply human judgement — and to teach others to do the same
- Agentic approach to problem-solving: breaking down complex training challenges into clear, manageable steps
