Role:  AI Program & Execution Manager

Location: Remote until further notice 

 

About the role: 

As AI Program and Execution Manager, you'll be the operational backbone of our AI portfolio. Based in India, you'll coordinate execution across in-market, Enablement, and Operations workstreams — tracking progress, managing interdependencies, and ensuring that what gets planned gets done. You'll work closely with AI leads, technology teams, and senior stakeholders, preparing executive-ready updates and keeping delivery on track across a fast-moving, complex programme landscape.

This is a high-visibility role for someone who thinks systematically, communicates with clarity, and takes genuine satisfaction in turning ambiguity into momentum.

 

What you will be doing: 

  • Maintain the master AI initiative tracker, providing clear and up-to-date visibility of progress, priorities, and status across all active programmes
  • Track execution across in-market, Enablement, and Operations workstreams — identifying risks, blockers, and bottlenecks before they impact delivery
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery timelines, managing interdependencies between teams and maintaining alignment across the portfolio
  • Prepare executive-ready updates, dashboards, and programme summaries for senior leadership
  • Monitor action items and follow-ups across the portfolio, driving accountability and ensuring timely resolution
  • Escalate blockers to leadership with clear context and recommended paths forward
  • Support portfolio implementation planning, including resource allocation and capacity visibility
  • Facilitate alignment sessions and working groups to maintain delivery momentum across functions
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen programme governance frameworks and improve delivery processes
  • Partner with AI leads, technology teams, and business stakeholders to ensure clear ownership and coordination at every stage

 

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • Experience in programme or project management within technology, AI, digital transformation, or data-led environments
  • Proven ability to coordinate complex, multi-workstream programmes across cross-functional teams
  • Confidence preparing and communicating executive-level updates, progress reports, and dashboards for senior stakeholders
  • Experience managing programme governance, risk and issue logs, and delivery trackers
  • Proactive approach to surfacing and resolving delivery blockers — you don't wait to be asked
  • Strong stakeholder management skills — equally effective partnering with senior leaders and operational teams
  • Comfortable navigating fast-moving, ambiguous environments where priorities evolve
  • Familiarity with AI, digital, or data transformation programmes
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Airtable, or similar
  • Gen AI proficiency: able to use generative AI tools to improve efficiency, enhance documentation quality, and support programme reporting workflows
  • Agentic thinking: ability to break complex delivery challenges into clear, manageable steps and drive outcomes systematically
