In this hands-on role, you will design, implement, and optimize AI-powered applications including autonomous agents, RAG-based knowledge systems, and workflow automation that deliver measurable business value.You will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, AI and cloud and engineering groups to translate business needs into secure, scalable, and production-ready Generative AI implementations
Responsibilities:
- Hands-on expertise in building, fine-tuning, and deploying Generative AI applications including AI agents.
- Develop autonomous agents using OCI Generative AI and OCI Agentic AI frameworks studio, with exposure to LangGraph, Azure AI Foundry, and Google ADK as a plus.
- Design and implement RAG pipelines for accurate contextual responses.
- Integrate Generative AI solutions with Oracle Fusion applications (ERP / HCM / SCM / EPM) using OCI AI agent Studio.
- Automate business workflows by leveraging OCI services such as Functions, API Gateway, OIC, and Object Storage.
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize AI agents primarily on OCI, with experience on Azure/GCP considered beneficial.
- Strong concepts in machine learning and Deep Learning with practical experience in PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and TensorFlow.
- Solid backend engineering skills in Python, and experience with Java or NodeJS is a plus.
- Ability to design secure and scalable AI-driven architectures with API management and cloud-native patterns.
- Working knowledge of MLOps practices preferred
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML or equivalent field.
- Overall 1–2 years in Generative AI and Agentic AI development.
- Good -level knowledge in Agentic AI, preferably with OCI Generative AI Agents, plus experience using LangGraph, LangChain, Google ADK, and Azure AI Foundry.
- Expert-level Python development skills, with strong experience in PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Experience integrating AI with Oracle Fusion modules and automating functional workflows through Oracle REST APIs / OIC.
- Good understanding of NLP, prompt engineering, transformer architecture, and related techniques.
- Proven experience deploying AI solutions on OCI with monitoring, scalability, and cost optimization.
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and serverless architectures.
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL systems, vector databases, and retrieval systems used in RAG pipelines.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals: version control, code quality, testing, modular design.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills with focus on performance, security, and cost efficiency.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
