About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and curious AI Engineer Intern to join our team and contribute to the development of our cutting-edge AI platform. This is a hands-on learning opportunity where you will work alongside experienced engineers, gain practical exposure to real-world AI systems, and build skills that will accelerate your career in artificial intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on development and improvement of our AI platform and core infrastructure
- Learn and apply our internal AI toolset to build, test, and iterate on features
- Study and implement prompt engineering techniques, including comment response analogies and contextual prompting strategies
- Assist in designing, refining, and evaluating prompts for various AI use cases
- Analyze model outputs and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with senior engineers on research, prototyping, and experimentation tasks
- Document learnings, experiments, and technical findings clearly
What You Will Learn
- Practical prompt engineering — including analogy-based prompting, comment response design, and chain-of-thought techniques
- Architecture and internals of production-grade AI platforms
- Best practices for evaluating and benchmarking LLM outputs
- Real-world AI tooling, APIs, and development workflows
- Collaboration in a fast-paced, AI-first engineering environment
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, AI/ML, or a related field
- Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and large language models (LLMs)
- Familiarity with Python programming
- Strong curiosity, eagerness to learn, and problem-solving mindset
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Prior exposure to prompt engineering or working with AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face)
- Experience with version control using Git
- Understanding of NLP concepts such as tokenization, embeddings, and attention
- Personal projects, research work, or coursework related to AI/ML
