About the role:
As our new AI Cloud Solution Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of our AI transformation, responsible for developing and implementing strategies and guidelines for AI architecture. Your role will be central in building the bridge between innovative technology and everyday application, and you’ll collaborate across departments, to ensure our teams are equipped and confident in leveraging AI solutions.
As part of a cross-functional team, you’ll work closely with key stakeholders to deliver innovative, practical solutions. Our agile approach ensures that every project is hands-on, relevant and focused on real business needs. You’ll be a part of building AI applications that are scalable, impactful, and tailored to Husqvarna’s specific challenges.
What You’ll Do:

Partner with cloud solution architects, data scientists and other DevOps teams members to comprehend client needs and design bespoke AI solutions.

Contribute to the creation and deployment of AI solutions, algorithms and models on cloud infrastructures.

Facilitate the integration of AI solutions with existing systems and applications, ensuring streamlined functionality and performance.

Assist in the deployment and ongoing maintenance of AI solutions and models in production environments, monitoring their performance and making necessary optimizations.

Keep abreast of the latest developments in AI, cloud computing, and related technologies, providing insights to enhance our solutions.

Your Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in end-to-end development and delivery of cloud based data and AI solutions.

Familiarity with cloud design patterns, such as microservices, serverless, and event-driven architectures.

In-depth knowledge and strong understanding of core Azure services, including containerized compute, networking and storage.

Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms.
-
Experience with deploying Gen AI solutions with particular emphasis on e.g. semantic search, indexing, chunking, embedding, graph databases, vector stores, etc.

Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, especially Microsoft Azure Cloud.

Hands-on experience with Bicep/ARM .
-
Hands-on experience using Azure CLI and writing Powershell scripts.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Spark.

Experience with AI frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn is advantageous.

Knowledge of DevOps and MLOps best practices.

Experience working as part of distributed teams in India and Europe.
Education and Experience:
-
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
-
Relevant experience in AI as well as in designing and implementing Azure cloud solutions.

Proven track record of working with AI frameworks and cloud platforms.
-
Experience in deploying and maintaining AI models and solutions in production environments.
-
Certifications in AI technologies and/or Azure cloud would be an advantage.
Location: Location for this position is in Mumbai, India.
But, with our hybrid working environment, you'll have the flexibility to work both onsite and remotely, promoting work-life balance for all team members. We meet in the office at least 2-3 days a week (50%).
