We are looking for an experienced Agency Network Manager (Regional) to expand and strengthen agency and partner networks across strategic markets. The candidate will be responsible for agency acquisition, business generation, pricing coordination, relationship management, and payment follow-ups while ensuring revenue growth and operational excellence in freight forwarding and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand agency/network partnerships across target markets
- Generate business opportunities, coordinate pricing, and convert inquiries into business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners and monitor performance
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide business insights
- Ensure timely payment collection and resolve operational/commercial issues
- Maintain agency database, inquiry tracking, and performance reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–10 years of experience in freight forwarding, shipping, logistics, or agency network management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in agency development, international markets, and business generation preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
