Job Overview:
As a Lead Technical Consultant you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of application developed for our clients. As a member working in a team environment you will work with solution architects and developers on interpretation/translation of wireframes and creative designs into functional requirements, and subsequently into technical design.

Responsibilities
- Lead the technical planning & requirements gathering phases including estimate, develop, test, manage projects, architect and deliver.
- Serve as a technical lead and mentor. Provide technical support or leadership in the development and continual improvement of service.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members.
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience level.
Qualifications
We are seeking an experienced AEM Forms Lead Developer with 8+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms development and implementation.
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of AEM Forms solutions using Adaptive Forms, Form Fragments, and Workflows.
- Develop and configure XDP-based forms, PDF generation, and Document Services.
- Build integrations with REST/SOAP APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
- Customize AEM Forms using Java, OSGi, Sling, HTL, and Adobe APIs.
- Drive requirements gathering, solution design, code reviews, and technical governance.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and best practices adherence.
- Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and offshore/onsite teams.
- Mentor developers and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
- Experience with AEM Forms on JEE, Cloud Service, and migration projects is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients and lead technical discussions.
