Implement and validate Adobe Analytics tracking for web and mobile, document functional and technical requirements, build audiences, deploy via Adobe Experience Platform Launch, debug analytics using browser and proxy tools, and support eCommerce digital analytics within agile Azure/ADO processes.
Baseline experience:
- Familiarity with leveraging Adobe analytics or similar data tools for KPI measurement, analysis and insights.
- Gathers and documents functional requirements Author detailed tracking documentation and technical blueprints for mobile developers outlining exact trigger contexts.
- Perform rigorous testing and debugging to ensure tracking accuracy, prevent data duplication, and fix data collection errors in Web and Mobile applications.
- Strong working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and browser debugging tools (e.g., Chrome DevTools). Debug mobile analytics hits and validate lifecycle/custom events using tools like Adobe Assurance, Charles Proxy, or Postman.
- Experience in Adobe Analytics workspace and components, building audiences in Adobe Audience Manager, and deploying solutions via Adobe Experience Platform Launch
- Generic eCommerce / digital retail experience – web, mobile app channels experience.
- Understanding of agile digital operations, leveraging the Azure/ADO tool set.
