Role Summary:

As an Accounts Manager in our Finance & Accounts department, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the accounting, compliance, and financial aspects of our organization. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and financial regulations, and providing insightful

financial analysis to guide strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1.       Financial Reporting

·         Prepare and present accurate financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements annually and monthly.

·         Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

2.       Accounts Receivable and Payable

·         Oversee and manage accounts receivable and payable functions.

·         Ensure timely invoicing, payment processing, and resolution of discrepancies.

3.       Inventory Management

·         Reconcile physical inventory with system records and resolve discrepancies.

·         Use inventory software for accurate record-keeping and verification.

4.       Tax and Customs Compliance

·         Ensure compliance with applicable taxes in Europe and USA.

·         Handle customs-related accounting and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

5.       Cash and Budget Management

·         Monitor and manage cash flow effectively.

·         Collaborate with senior management to develop annual budgets and forecasts.

·         Monitor and report on budget variances.

6.       MIS Reporting and Analysis

·         Prepare and analyze MIS reports to provide actionable insights to management.

7.       Audit and Compliance

·         Coordinate and support internal and external audits.

·         Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.

8.       Team Management

·         Supervise a team of accounting associates, providing guidance and support.

·         Address and resolve financial issues promptly.

●       Inter CA degree in Accounting and Finance.

●       A minimum experience of 5 years is a must

●       Prior experience in working for international companies.

●       Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax compliances, and finance.

●       Proficiency in accounting software Tally ERP 9 and Microsoft Excel.

●       Knowledge of banking requirements for compliances, customs requirements for accounting, and inventory software for record-keeping and verification.

●       Prior experience in MIS preparation and analysis.

●       Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

●       Team management abilities.

●       Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
