Manage accounting, billing, payments, taxation filings, renewals, payroll inputs, administration, client support, and account management. Responsibilities include GST, TDS, and professional tax compliance; filing and recordkeeping; attendance and leave coordination; responding to customer requests by phone, email, and support tickets; and supporting training, team development, and office operations.
- Ability to handle Support Requests from Clients by Phone and Email.

Requirements
- Handling Complete Operations, Admin, Accounts and Billing which includes Billing/Payments/Admin/Renewal Reminders/Filing/Support.
- Handling Complete Taxation, TDS, Profession Tax, GST Filing & Payments.
- Provide complete support & account management
- Full Knowledge of Accounting & Taxation
- Knowledge of Zoho Books accounting software will be an added advantage.
- Attendance, Leave Management for payroll processing & coordinating with HR.
- Ability to respond to customers etc in English via the Think Support Ticket system, Email and Phone
