Role Purpose
We are seeking a highly motivated Accounting Analyst to join our branch operations in India based in GIFT City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
The successful candidate will report to Finance Officer of the Branch and will be responsible for working on various tasks in Finance, Accounting and Tax Treasury operations for our India business.
The role includes maintaining books of account, processing transactions, supporting closing activities, preparing reconciliations, assisting with tax and statutory compliance, supporting audits, and coordinating finance deliverables.

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies
Experience: At least 2 to 5 years of experience preferably in financial services with a strong focus on Finance, Accounting and Tax in India
Technical Skills: Strong accounting and basic taxation knowledge, with proficiency in MS Excel.
Educational Background: A degree or Professional Qualification in Accounting or Finance or a related field.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.
Adaptability: Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for business growth and process improvement.
Key Accountabilities:
Accounting & Transaction Processing
Record accounting transactions accurately with proper supporting documentation.
Prepare routine entries for accruals, expenses, reimbursements, payroll, taxes, and statutory payments.
Assist with cash management, receipts, payments, approvals, and timely payment execution.
Review & Reconciliations
Prepare bank, retained earnings, suspense, intercompany, and general ledger reconciliations.
Follow up on open items and support timely, accurate closure of accounting records.
Taxation, Audit & Compliance
Prepare GST invoices and assist with tax provisions, advance tax, and related documentation.
Support income tax return, tax audit, and transfer pricing compliance requirements, including Form 3CEAA.
Assist with financial statements, schedules, work papers, and audit documentation.
Coordinate with auditors and consultants and support periodic management and head office reporting.
Other Responsibilities
Coordinate with stakeholders for finance-related information and deliverables.
Support underwriting, compliance, operations, and other teams on finance matters.
Maintain records, trackers, and documentation for audit trail, compliance, and efficiency.
