Do you have an entrepreneurial spirit and a get-it-done approach and are ready to be a key member of Highstreet’s Integration Managed Services delivery? 

We seek an experienced Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) Consultant to join our Managed Services team. As an Oracle EPM Consultant, you will provide ongoing support, optimization, and guidance to our EPM clients. Your role will be to understand each client’s unique EPM business processes and design and to use this knowledge to provide exceptional ongoing support. You will be responsible for quickly addressing issues, recommending improvements, and educating the client on Oracle Releases. You will work closely with our Professional Services (implementation team) to ensure a seamless integration into Managed Services. 

We seek EPM experts with experience in the following (and in order of importance for success in this role): 

•Required: Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS)

•Required: Oracle Narrative Reporting Cloud Service (NRCS)

•Preferred: Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS)

•Preferred: Oracle Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service (PCMCS)

•Low: Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS)

•Low: Oracle Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS)

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

•Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business processes, financial reporting needs, and strategic goals.

•Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on Oracle EPM capabilities.

System Configuration and Customization:

•Configure and customize Oracle EPM applications to meet client-specific requirements.

•Implement changes in response to evolving business needs, ensuring optimal system performance.

Managed Services Operations:

•Contribute to the day-to-day operations of Oracle EPM within a managed services framework.

•Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and participate in continuous service improvement initiatives.

Issue Resolution and Support:

•Provide timely support for Oracle EPM-related issues, collaborating with team members to resolve problems efficiently.

•Follow best practices for incident and problem management.

Optimization and Continuous Improvement:

•Identify opportunities for system optimization and efficiency gains within Oracle EPM.

•Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of managed services.

Training and Documentation:

•Conduct training sessions for end-users and client teams on Oracle EPM functionalities.

•Maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, customizations, and client-specific processes.

Collaboration and Communication:

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical support, development, and project management teams.

•Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, issues, and resolutions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

•Five to seven years of proven experience with Oracle EPM, including implementation and support.

•Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and consolidation processes.

•Prior experience working with US local governments, higher education, and K-12s, preferred.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•Problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

•Familiarity with managed services operations and adherence to SLAs.

•Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM is a plus.
