Leads multiple mechanical engineering projects from requirements through design, analysis, validation, and release. Provides technical direction and mentorship to senior engineers, reviews mechanical concepts and designs, manages technical risks, and ensures quality, manufacturability, reliability, schedule, and cost objectives. The role includes customer communication, design reviews, resource planning, cross-functional collaboration, engineering process improvement, and resolution of complex mechanical engineering issues.

Leads hands-on security, automation, compliance, and operational foundations for a Managed AI cloud platform. Designs CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, security controls, compliance validation, observability, deployment automation, secrets management, AI governance, and incident response across Azure and GCP. Provides technical leadership, mentors engineers, and participates in architecture, code review, and platform governance activities.

Leads enterprise IT service management across global, multicultural, and multi-vendor environments. Establishes ITSM goals, governance, metrics, and continuous-improvement practices while managing stakeholders, third parties, resources, and cross-functional teams. Applies ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, ISO 20000, DevOps, and Site Reliability Engineering concepts to improve service outcomes, reduce toil, and identify automation opportunities. Requires strong leadership, communication, planning, analysis, and business stakeholder-management skills.

Design and implement enterprise data architectures spanning data lakes, warehouses, data fabric, and MDM. Build scalable pipelines and integration frameworks, establish governance and data quality standards, enable AI/ML initiatives, develop data strategies, and optimize platforms for performance, scalability, and reliability. Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders across the organization.

Manage IT business continuity and disaster recovery programs, including policies, procedures, standards, risk management, audits, and regulatory compliance. Partner with business leaders, engineering, and IT operations to assess impacts, maintain resilience processes, support ISO and SOC 2 audits, and brief executives. The role requires knowledge of ITIL, cloud technologies, information security, hosting environments, and multi-vendor operations, plus independent leadership and identification of ITSM automation opportunities.
