Supports Integrated Resource Planning research by reviewing energy policies, regulations, judgments, and plans; collecting and analyzing electricity and regulatory data; contributing to techno-economic, legal, and policy analysis; synthesizing findings into research notes; and presenting outputs. The role focuses on generation and transmission resource adequacy, energy infrastructure planning, and clean energy transitions.

Supports and co-leads state-level Integrated Resource Planning through power-sector modeling, simulation, scenario development, policy analysis, project execution, stakeholder engagement, capacity building, and research publications. The role collaborates with utilities, regulators, renewable energy agencies, donors, and partners to translate analytical findings into electricity-sector policy and regulatory insights.

Leads communications for urban water and climate resilience projects, translating research and field activities into digital stories, multimedia content, editorial materials, media outreach, and event communications. The role manages communication plans, stakeholder engagement, vendors, digital platforms, content dissemination, event logistics, and project deliverables across multiple initiatives.
