Leads SAP SD Order-to-Cash projects and application support across global operations. Gathers requirements, designs future-state processes, manages scope, timelines, dependencies, testing, training, vendors, and implementation quality. Serves as the liaison between business users and technical teams, develops documentation and status reports, supports RFPs, and delivers SAP training. Requires 8–10 years of SAP functional experience, two full-cycle implementations, including one SAP S/4HANA project, and international exposure.

Creates and updates customer master data in SAP, performs due diligence, supports global credit MIS and automation projects, and assists with financial spreading, credit analysis, customer onboarding, internal ratings, and credit-limit assignments. The role collaborates with credit and marketing teams, supports overseas credit teams, manages multiple tasks, and contributes to process improvement while developing toward independent credit-management responsibilities.

Leads the company’s international tax function, including global tax strategy, planning, compliance, transfer pricing, indirect taxes, tax risk, governance, audits, and M&A support. Advises senior leadership across jurisdictions, manages external advisors and tax professionals, develops the Mumbai GCC tax center of excellence, and drives process standardization, automation, and analytics.
