Develops and maintains integrated project schedules for VDC activities, coordinates resources and priorities, tracks progress, identifies dependencies and schedule risks, and prepares forecasts, look-ahead plans, dashboards, and milestone updates. The role supports alignment across engineering, fabrication, construction, and customer teams while improving workload allocation, accountability, recovery planning, and management reporting.

Creates and modifies engineering content using Revit, AutoCAD, and Inventor; supports 2D/3D modeling, Revit family development, drawing interpretation, dimensional accuracy checks, and content maintenance. The role follows established standards, coordinates technical requirements with team members, and requires mechanical engineering fundamentals, CAD knowledge, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new tools and processes.

Assists VDC teams with piping drawings, 3D models, layouts, sketches, estimates, bills of materials, and project deliverables. Updates models, drawings, directories, and files according to VDC standards and document-control procedures. Completes assigned work within timelines, communicates progress, escalates issues, and supports drafting and modeling activities under supervision. The role requires engineering education, drafting or BIM familiarity, teamwork, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally when needed.

Supports Virtual Design and Construction teams by preparing piping drawings, 3D models, layouts, sketches, estimates, bills of materials, and project documentation. Maintains models and files according to VDC standards, follows document control and drafting procedures, tracks assigned work, communicates progress, and escalates issues. The role requires an engineering degree, strong teamwork and communication skills, drafting or modeling ability, and familiarity with tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, CADmep, and Navisworks.

Provide first-line support and configuration for Victaulic VDC and BIM tools, maintain and optimize VDC data systems, liaise between IT and VDC, update user materials, support presentations and customer demos, and manage software configurations and adoption plans.
