Supports projects, operations, vendor management, automation and escalations.

Lead strategy, design, and governance for core infrastructure services (Microsoft 365, email, VMware, servers, storage, identity). Provide architecture, standards, roadmaps, hybrid cloud integration, lifecycle governance, automation opportunities, monitoring, and technical guidance to engineering and operations teams to ensure secure, resilient, and supportable services.
