Implement and configure Workday Payroll solutions for clients, gather requirements, design and test payroll processes, collaborate with customers and internal teams, and participate in training. Role may include managing consultants (manager level) or developing sales/scoping materials (senior/principal level).

Implement Workday integration solutions for clients: gather requirements, design, prototype, build, test, and debug integrations (EIBs, Connectors, Studio, XSLT). Deliver HR process alignment, support deployments, mentor consultants at manager level, and contribute to sales scoping and materials at senior levels.

Implement and configure Workday Financials for clients: gather requirements, design, prototype, test, and deploy financial business processes. Deliver solutions across industries, support client collaboration, mentor/lead consultants at manager level, and contribute to sales scoping and training.

Implement and configure Workday HCM solutions for clients: gather requirements, design, prototype, test, and deliver HR process and structure aligned to business needs. Collaborate with clients and teammates, participate in internal training, and at senior levels support sales scoping or manage consultant teams and escalations.
