Manage and grow enterprise accounts for IT products, infrastructure solutions, and related services. Responsibilities include driving revenue, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, building stakeholder relationships, aligning solutions with client needs, coordinating with pre-sales and technical teams, tracking pipelines and account performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Deploys and configures EDR, XDR, and SIEM solutions; gathers requirements, performs security gap and vulnerability assessments, configures policies and detection rules, and supports POCs. Provides presales solution design, sizing, demonstrations, presentations, customer training, documentation, and post-deployment optimization. Requires hands-on cybersecurity tooling experience, networking and system hardening knowledge, log analysis, scripting, and strong customer communication skills.
