Build and operate production Kubernetes and AWS infrastructure across environments and customer deployments. Own CI/CD pipelines, automated provisioning, deployments, rollbacks, observability, reliability, scalability, and security. Debug issues involving Kubernetes, networking, databases, and applications, while developing internal tooling to improve engineering productivity. Partner with engineering, customer infrastructure, and security teams on enterprise deployments.

Build and deploy production AI systems across LLM orchestration, retrieval, agents, evaluations, voice, APIs, backend services, and infrastructure. Design reliable LLM pipelines, evaluation suites, data flows, and real-time multimodal experiences. Experiment with emerging models, debug issues across the stack, and communicate technical decisions clearly while owning projects from exploration through production iteration.

Translate ambiguous requirements into technical architectures, build Python-based integrations and data workflows, lead technical discovery and implementation workshops, debug APIs and cloud deployments, and collaborate with customer and internal engineering teams. Bring recurring customer needs to product and engineering while supporting regulated enterprise AI deployments.

Build production-grade AI applications for pharmaceutical commercial, medical, and patient workflows using LLMs, retrieval, agents, structured data, and multimodal AI. Develop scientific knowledge systems, evaluation frameworks, and reliable, safe AI solutions using healthcare and life sciences datasets. Collaborate with pharma customers and domain experts to translate complex workflows into scalable technical products.

Build and operate backend services and infrastructure for LLM- and voice-driven healthcare applications. Implement APIs, productionize LLM workflows, deploy cloud containerized services, and monitor performance and reliability end-to-end.

Build and ship responsive, high-performance web applications using React and TypeScript. Translate designs into accessible UI components, optimize performance, integrate with REST/GraphQL APIs, collaborate with product/design/backend teams, participate in code reviews, and contribute to frontend architecture, testing, and CI/CD. Support occasional backend tasks if needed.

Own end-to-end UI/UX and frontend implementation: design user flows, craft high-fidelity prototypes, build responsive React+TypeScript interfaces, implement scalable component architecture, integrate with REST/GraphQL APIs, optimize performance, and collaborate with backend and product teams in a regulated life-sciences context.
