The Workday Senior Specialist will analyze business requirements, manage Time Tracking and Absence Management implementations, and act as a Subject Matter Expert, guiding teams through project phases and maintaining client relations.

Serve as a Workday/ERP finance consultant: gather requirements, design solutions, configure and test changes, document work, advise clients, obtain/hold Workday certification, and collaborate across global teams to deliver scoped engagements.

Implement and support Workday integrations: gather requirements, configure integrations using Workday tools, test and rollout solutions, resolve integration issues, and evaluate new Workday release impacts. Provide implementation planning, design facilitation, and potential post-implementation support for clients.

Consult with clients on HCM and payroll solutions, implement and configure enterprise/cloud HR systems (PeopleSoft, Workday, Oracle, SAP), provide technical or functional expertise (PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQR, MS SQL/PLSQL), manage multiple client projects, and communicate with stakeholders across regions.
