Leads modernization and migration of .NET applications to AWS cloud-native and Java/Spring platforms. Owns technical delivery, architecture, interoperability, testing, CI/CD, security, production readiness, and risk mitigation. Establishes engineering standards, improves automation and release reliability, mentors developers, and coordinates with product, security, infrastructure, data, and platform teams. Supports index calculation and dissemination systems in a financial-markets environment.
