Provides technical support during service delivery, manages design-related risks and costs, supports incident response, evaluates tenders, and identifies continuous improvement opportunities. Supervises operations support activities to ensure safe, efficient, reliable service delivery. Provides technical sales support for reservoir and production engineering solutions across India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka. Develops business, builds client relationships, identifies technical opportunities, supports bids and proposals, delivers presentations and demonstrations, responds to customer technical questions, contributes to product development, and achieves revenue targets. Requires petroleum engineering or geoscience expertise, upstream oil and gas experience, and technical sales experience.

Provides administrative and invoicing support to the PSD Manager, including customer and vendor invoice tracking, invoice dispatch, discrepancy resolution, collections coordination, vendor payments, and workforce mobilization and demobilization for onshore and offshore rigsite or wellsite personnel.

Leads end-to-end strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract execution, procurement compliance, cost optimization, and process improvement. Evaluates and negotiates with suppliers, manages supplier performance and risk, analyzes procurement data using SAP and Power BI, and partners with cross-functional stakeholders to improve purchasing efficiency and governance.

Provides technical sales support for data and AI solutions in upstream oil and gas. Identifies customer needs, develops technical solutions, builds proofs of concept, supports demonstrations and technology launches, manages technical issues, and contributes to sales strategies and revenue targets. The role requires expertise in exploration and production workflows, data science, AI, analytics, and client relationship management.
