Lead regional sales across channels (Open Market, Cobrand, Tele Sales, Digital, LG). Manage ASMs and NFTE teams to deliver new and premium accounts, control acquisition costs, drive digital sourcing and telecalling productivity, oversee operations and fulfillment, train and motivate teams, manage partner relationships, ensure compliance, and achieve MOU and business targets.

The role involves acquiring new corporate clients, managing existing relationships, driving sales growth, and meeting monthly targets in the Corporate Card Sales team.

Lead regional sales for SBI Card across organized, unorganized, tele-sales and LG channels. Manage ASMs and extended NFTE teams to meet MOU goals, drive new and premium accounts, control acquisition costs, enable digital sourcing, oversee operations/fulfillment, partner and PSA management, training, and compliance. Travel extensively to distribution points and cobrand partners, build call center productivity, and deliver stakeholder collaboration and complaint resolution.

Lead and execute Middleware technology projects focusing on SOA, OSB, Webservices, Java, and Microservices, ensuring quality delivery and collaboration across teams.
