Manage end-to-end procurement operations, including vendor identification, negotiation, sourcing, inventory coordination, cost optimization, supplier issue resolution, compliance, documentation, and demand forecasting. The role supports uninterrupted supply of raw materials and packaging across kitchens, warehouses, and farms in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.

Prepares and cooks menu items according to recipes and SOPs, manages mise en place, ensures food quality and hygiene, monitors inventory and waste, and supports timely order execution. Supervises junior kitchen staff, maintains equipment and cleanliness, coordinates daily kitchen operations, and supports the CDP and Sous Chef in meeting production targets. The role requires rotational-shift flexibility and experience in a QSR, cloud kitchen, café, or restaurant.

Manage stockroom logistics for cloud kitchen outlets, including unloading deliveries, preparing packaging, picking and packing orders, loading vehicles, labeling products, and maintaining cleanliness and organization. The role requires coordination with logistics staff, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced food operations environment.
