Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services, REST APIs, distributed data pipelines, and enterprise data ingestion frameworks for a multitenant B2B SaaS platform. Own features from requirements through production, improve scalability and reliability, troubleshoot complex issues, conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, architecture, QA, and engineering teams.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable Java and Spring Boot backend services, REST APIs, and microservices. Work with PostgreSQL, SQL, JPA/Hibernate, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. Apply distributed-systems, security, testing, observability, and performance practices. Troubleshoot production issues, contribute to architecture decisions, collaborate across technical teams, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.

Creates and scales AI-enabled digital learning content for customers, partners, and internal teams. Produces product videos, tutorials, interactive modules, onboarding journeys, certifications, assessments, and enablement assets. Uses AI and multimedia tools for scripting, editing, translation, voiceover, graphics, and content repurposing. Partners with subject matter experts to simplify technical concepts, manages Academy publishing and content quality, and uses engagement analytics to improve learning experiences and self-service adoption.

Design, build, and operate scalable batch and real-time data pipelines and analytics platforms. Partner with enterprise customers to define requirements, own technical delivery from discovery to adoption, and present architectures to stakeholders. Drive data governance, observability, CI/CD, and platform optimization while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to enable analytics and AI/ML applications.
