Build reinforcement learning environments for coding tasks, develop and deploy production AI agents, and shape technical direction. The role also involves leading engineering growth in a fast-paced startup. Candidates need 3–7 years of engineering experience, strong reinforcement learning fundamentals, experience with coding-focused reinforcement learning, simulated training environments, autonomous agents in production, and AI coding assistants. The position is remote in India with a 5.5-day workweek and Pacific-time overlap.

Own end-to-end development of web and AI features, including conversational voice and email agents, language-model orchestration, retrieval, evaluation frameworks, monitoring, and production releases. Build across Python and TypeScript/React while balancing customer needs, product priorities, performance, latency, and cost. The role requires autonomous product judgment and experience taking AI systems into production.

Owns end-to-end product features across the full stack, including conversational voice and email AI agents, LLM tool orchestration, deterministic safeguards, evaluation frameworks, vector search, monitoring, tracing, and staged production releases. The role requires strong product judgment, system-design skills, real-time processing experience, and independent execution in a remote India-based environment.
