Assists with purchase orders, supplier follow-ups, delivery tracking, vendor records, stock updates, quotation comparisons, rate analysis, invoice verification, and purchase reporting. Coordinates with stores and accounts, maintains documentation, and performs routine procurement and system-update activities under the guidance of a Senior Purchase Executive.

Lead end-to-end export and domestic logistics operations, including shipment booking, documentation, customs compliance, freight coordination, tracking, and delivery. Manage relationships with customs house agents, freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, and vendors. Negotiate freight rates, monitor performance, resolve operational issues, oversee export incentives and LC documentation, lead the logistics team, and improve processes while controlling costs and delays.
