Serve as the regional interface for APAC and EMEA, analyzing requirements from trading, compliance, and operational stakeholders. Evaluate vendors and prime brokers, propose solutions, conduct impact and gap analyses, coordinate implementation across business and IT teams, validate system behavior, and improve trading platforms, risk systems, and business processes. The role requires financial markets expertise, strong analytical and project management skills, and experience in buy-side or investment-firm business analysis.

Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects supporting electronic trading sites, colocation venues, regional data centers, and exchange connectivity. Coordinate compute, network engineering, data center operations, vendors, brokers, exchanges, and stakeholders. Manage requirements, resources, provisioning, deployments, timelines, risks, blockers, and quality using effective project-management practices and Atlassian JIRA.

As a Quantitative Researcher, you will develop predictive signals using diverse datasets, monitor model performance, and share findings with peers.

Build and maintain Python data pipelines to ingest, transform, validate, and load financial datasets. Onboard and document new vendor datasets, monitor pipelines, resolve data quality and delivery issues, and collaborate with researchers, analysts, and engineers to ensure reliable data for research and trading.

Build and operate the firm's internal AI application platform: develop production AI services and APIs, implement RAG pipelines, manage vector DBs and retrieval, integrate model serving, ensure reliability and observability, and support agentic workflows and incident response.

The role involves managing data operations, automating processes, monitoring data pipelines, and maintaining operational documentation within QRT.
