The Tech Project Manager will define and execute the vision for generative AI products, manage cross-functional teams, and oversee project lifecycles to enhance competitiveness and user experience.

Design and deliver client solutions using agentic AI, multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, LLMs, and knowledge graphs. Lead discovery, requirements gathering, BRD and HLD creation, architectural trade-off decisions, client presentations, and coordination across engineering, product, and PMO through implementation. Develop deep expertise in the QiQ contact-center analytics platform and progressively represent Solutions independently in client engagements.

The AI Engineer will design and develop cognitive data solutions using AI technology, manage data pipelines, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Lead end-to-end AI engineering for products and client engagements: define architecture, select stacks/LLMs, build prototypes and POCs, set AI engineering standards, ensure scalable secure deployments, mentor developers, and drive integration and documentation across cloud-native, RAG, and vector-based solutions.

Design and develop AI-based platforms for extracting and managing data from various sources, implementing data pipelines, and collaborating with stakeholders.

The HR Business Partner supports operational HR functions, employee relations, talent management, and compliance in a BPO environment.

Lead WFM team to design staffing forecasts, capacity plans, schedules, and space allocation to meet SLAs across global time zones. Analyze workforce metrics (adherence, occupancy, shrinkage, absenteeism, overtime) to build predictive staffing plans, manage escalations and exceptions, maintain SOPs, and report workforce status to senior leadership. Collaborate with HR, Operations, Finance, and Analytics to align hiring and capacity with demand while implementing WFM tools to automate processes.
