Supports client operational and analytical processes by executing procedures, validating deliverables, identifying process improvements, coordinating stakeholders, testing updated workflows, documenting operational models, researching issues, and investigating client questions. Collaborates with senior analysts, delivery leads, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders to provide accurate, timely client results across multiple tasks and time zones.

The Procurement Manager oversees procurement operations for clinical trials, managing RFP processes, negotiating prices, and ensuring compliance while developing strategies to improve efficiencies.

Maintain and support ERP financial systems for customer project setup, billing, and project/portfolio analytics. Lead data migration and import processes, validate project finance reporting and system enhancements, correct cost schedule assignments, and collaborate with financial analysts to resolve process and data issues while supporting project finance initiatives.

Conduct market and competitive research to identify and qualify inbound leads and outbound prospects for biotech/pharma accounts, develop outreach plans, coordinate with Business Development and Marketing, update CRM and sales platforms, generate activity reports, and provide competitive/market positioning feedback to leadership.

Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of product data by validating, cleansing, enriching, profiling, and monitoring quality. Maintain data dictionaries, lineage, metadata, governance policies, dashboards, and compliance. Collaborate with stakeholders, operations, and other data stewards; train users and gather feedback to improve data products.

The Senior Data Engineer will develop data ingestion, transformation, and enrichment pipelines, ensuring data quality and reliability. Responsibilities include creating Bronze and Silver data layers, using SQL and dbt for implementation, and collaborating with architects and stakeholders to align data solutions with enterprise standards.
