Analyzes US healthcare claims and related datasets to identify data-quality issues, patterns, coverage gaps, and product opportunities. Develops SQL queries, dashboards, validation processes, documentation, and test scenarios; investigates defects and performs root-cause and impact analysis. Collaborates with product, engineering, machine learning, engagement, and account teams to support healthcare data-product delivery, client data services, product enhancements, and proof-of-concept initiatives.

Own payer, plan, and provider content mapping into governed hierarchies. Research and validate records, maintain data quality, document lineage and metadata, develop governance standards, resolve exceptions, and create dashboards and reports. Partner with product, engineering, operations, delivery, and client success teams to improve data products, support AI-assisted mapping, train users, and ensure privacy and regulatory compliance.

Lead oncology analytics projects involving patient journeys, line-of-therapy mapping, claims data, brand analytics, and HEOR/HCRU studies. Build SQL pipelines and use Python and Excel to analyze structured healthcare datasets, ensure data integrity, and deliver reproducible insights. Develop dashboards and client presentations while collaborating with HEOR, market access, strategy, and engineering teams. Independently manage project delivery and stakeholder communication.

Conduct secondary and primary research for pharmaceutical and biotech pricing, market access, reimbursement, and value communication engagements. Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, interview healthcare stakeholders, and develop client-ready presentations with actionable recommendations. Collaborate with senior consultants and global teams while serving as a content expert on assigned projects.

Produces recurring and ad hoc commercial operations reports, dashboards, and analyses covering pipeline, forecasting, bookings, and KPIs. Maintains Salesforce data quality, analyzes pipeline health and performance trends, supports reporting automation and business intelligence initiatives, and provides analytical support for executive presentations, QBRs, territory analysis, and strategic operational projects.

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will develop and maintain data pipelines for healthcare data, ensuring data quality, reliability, and adherence to enterprise standards while collaborating with architects and stakeholders.
