Outbound-focused Sales Executive responsible for high-volume cold calling, sourcing and qualifying leads via LinkedIn/Google/Yelp, managing a self-sourced pipeline, presenting advertising solutions, scheduling appointments, and tracking activity in CRM to meet revenue and activity targets while operating aligned with US Central Time.

Design, implement, and manage enterprise IT infrastructure and cloud environments (Azure). Lead migrations and projects, troubleshoot complex systems, build automation with PowerShell/Bash and agentic AI, enforce security and compliance (NIST, CIS, SOX, PCI), mentor IT staff, and maintain disaster recovery and documentation. Work includes supporting US business hours overlap and after-hours incident response.

Own and administer Zoho CRM end-to-end: maintain modules, automation, integrations, and data hygiene. Read, debug, and extend Deluge/Node.js/Java server-side functions, improve integrations via Zoho Flow/APIs, document the system, and partner with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into CRM configuration.

Design and produce on-brand marketing assets across web, email, paid media, social, and sales collateral. Translate briefs into high-quality, production-ready files, maintain brand systems and templates, collaborate with channel owners, manage feedback and multiple projects, and optimize creative for performance and launch readiness.
