The Launch Manager will own the product launch lifecycle, leading cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution, manage risks, and achieve business objectives.

Manage front desk and reception, attendance and leave systems, pre-employment and resignation processes, stock inventory and invoice processing, housekeeping and office maintenance coordination, travel documentation, assist the Country Director, and perform routine administration tasks.

Lead and manage the end-to-end export delivery and order processing. Coordinate transportation and freight forwarders, liaise with sales and warehouse, maintain customer communication, ensure accurate, timely export consignments and compliance with export requirements.
