Architect and build large-scale GPU cloud platforms (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS) for generative AI, design GPU cluster orchestration with Kubernetes and Slurm, implement resource scheduling, observability, and networking, advise customers on deploying and scaling LLM/ML workloads, and collaborate with engineering and executive teams to drive adoption and optimize performance.

Operate and improve the reliability, availability, and performance of large-scale GeForce NOW services. Participate in incident triage and on-call rotations, build automation and tooling, enhance observability (metrics/logs/traces), drive SLO/SRI practices, run postmortems, and design/operate Kubernetes-based services across cloud and datacenter environments.

Architect, build, and maintain enterprise AWS infrastructure using Terraform; develop and refine Jenkins CI/CD pipelines for zero-downtime releases; operate and optimize EKS/ECS, Lambda, and other services; implement proactive AI-driven observability; define SLOs/SLAs, lead incident response, and improve platform resilience and cost-efficiency.

Design, implement, and operate scalable distributed software and network/system automation for NVIDIA's multi-tenant cloud infrastructure. Own code lifecycle, build maintainable APIs, ensure secure communications and data persistence, contribute to open-source, and present roadmaps to stakeholders.
