Reviews technical designs and code, supports troubleshooting and deployments, collaborates with functional and solution architecture teams, and ensures scalable, maintainable implementations.

Leads functional design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions across Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing. Responsibilities include process mapping, requirements gathering, configuration, functional documentation, testing, UAT, stakeholder engagement, user training, and guidance for technical and implementation teams.
