Build and scale agentic AI workflows on a no-code platform by designing LLM prompts, integrating REST APIs/webhooks, implementing tests, and applying resilient system design patterns to deliver production-grade autonomous agent solutions.

Test AI-based conversational products through manual and automated testing. Develop and execute test plans, monitor quality assurance standards, assess data quality, identify model accuracy improvements, and provide detailed feedback to improve AI models. The role requires programming, API testing, SQL, CI/CD tools, functional and non-functional testing, and independent problem-solving.

Build and scale agentic workflows and tools using Netomi’s no-code platform. Design LLM prompts, integrate APIs, implement testing and resilient system patterns, troubleshoot workflows, and optimize AI agents for reliability, performance, cost, and fault tolerance. Collaborate with Product, QA, and Delivery teams to deliver production-grade agentic solutions.

Design, prototype, and deliver agentic AI solutions using ML and generative models. Partner with product, engineering, and delivery teams to build, evaluate, and deploy LLM-based solutions, run experiments and POCs, and communicate technical recommendations to stakeholders.

Lead global quality engineering and testing practices for AI-driven SaaS products, enhance automation, and ensure high-quality releases through effective strategies and collaboration.

The SDET II role involves testing AI-based products, ensuring quality standards, and collaborating with teams to improve models. Candidates should have experience in manual and automation testing, API testing, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
