Lead compensation strategy and initiatives for Netflix’s Content, VFX, and Animation Studios functions in India and across APAC. Partner with senior leaders and HR teams, provide compensation analytics and market insights, refine metrics and dashboards, develop tailored processes, and advise stakeholders on compensation programs and best practices. The role also champions compensation expertise and supports Netflix’s top-of-market compensation philosophy.

Partner with production teams and external vendors to manage budgets, forecasts, cost reporting, and payments across the production lifecycle. Analyze spend, identify risks and cost-savings, prepare financial summaries, map costs to accounting systems, and improve reporting controls while supporting audits and ensuring compliance with Netflix financial policies.

Manage assigned Netflix Unscripted Originals from development through delivery. Evaluate budgets, schedules and risks; coordinate internal and external stakeholders; support prep, shoot, post, and delivery; implement production workflows and operational standards; drive efficiency, innovation, and safe production practices across multiple simultaneous titles.

Support APAC revenue and membership analytics by building forecasts, evaluating business impacts (pricing, content, product), generating actionable insights, and centralizing revenue reporting. Collaborate cross-functionally with Content, Partnerships, Ads, Payments, Product and Data Science to inform pricing, strategy, and forecasts for India and APAC.

Lead physical security operations for Netflix offices in India (based in Mumbai). Build and deploy regional physical security program, manage access control and guarding contracts, drive incident/crisis response, partner cross-functionally (Workplace, GSOC, Content Risk, Legal, Comms), oversee vendor and budget management, develop security awareness training, and maintain external law enforcement and agency relationships.

Lead integrated communications strategy for Netflix India, advise senior leaders, manage reputation and issues, build media relationships, create executive messaging and press materials, and partner cross-functionally to amplify storytelling and stakeholder engagement.

Lead studio relations and marketing planning for licensed titles in India. Manage partner relationships, translate rights constraints into campaign assets, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, optimize operational workflows, and use data to track performance and improve scalability of licensed-content marketing.

Lead and scale Netflix's APAC events team, setting creative and operational vision. Oversee a 20+ person team, ensure campaign-aligned, high-quality events, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive innovation, consistency, and measurable impact across the regional events calendar.
