Assess partner capabilities, delivery paths, asset and localization requirements, quality standards, vendor needs, and technical integrations. Translate partner context into product and engineering requirements, coordinate testing and first deliveries, resolve blockers, align cross-functional teams, and hand reliable operations over to launch project management.

Leads India marketing planning and studio relations for Netflix, advising marketing leadership, prioritizing campaigns and resources, translating market insights into strategy, aligning cross-functional teams, representing India in global forums, and managing studio and content partner relationships. The role also develops one direct report and supports scalable promotional initiatives across local and international content.

Owns end-to-end physical and virtual screening execution across APAC, including DCP/KDM ingest, technical checks, onsite support, vendor management, and project tracking. Partners with Publicity, Events, Post Production, and Awards to ensure asset readiness, quality, timing, and market-specific requirements. The role independently manages vendors, stakeholders, technical standards, and reactive timelines while supporting screening operations in India and broader APAC markets.

Partner with production teams and external vendors to manage budgets, forecasts, cost reporting, and payments across the production lifecycle. Analyze spend, identify risks and cost-savings, prepare financial summaries, map costs to accounting systems, and improve reporting controls while supporting audits and ensuring compliance with Netflix financial policies.
