Provides administrative, clerical, customer service, purchasing, order-entry, vendor-verification, reporting, and office support for sales operations. Maintains files, processes correspondence, handles calls, enters purchase and sales orders, confirms vendor transactions, assists with competitive analysis, and performs general office duties. Requires accurate data entry, confidentiality, prioritization, communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and company-specific purchasing systems.

Prepare and assist with SEC and internal financial reporting (10-K/10-Q/8-K), consolidate domestic and international entities, perform reconciliations and journal entries, research technical accounting issues, implement accounting guidance, analyze GAAP/IFRS impacts, and support management, Board, and cross-functional teams.

Provides technical inside sales support for instrumentation, controls, valves, and specialty products. Assists customers with product specifications, actuator sizing, troubleshooting, product recommendations, pricing, quotes, orders, inventory setup, and vendor coordination. Maintains product, pricing, rebate, discount, and customer records while supporting quality standards and resolving material issues. Requires customer service or inside sales experience, PVF product knowledge, computer proficiency, communication skills, regular travel, and a valid driver’s license.
