Provides technical inside sales support for instrumentation, controls, valves, actuators, and specialty products. Assists customers with product specifications, application troubleshooting, sizing actuators, recommending solutions, preparing quotes, and maintaining orders, pricing, inventory, and customer records. Coordinates with vendors and supply management, supports quality standards, and responds to customer and branch inquiries. Requires regular regional travel, overtime availability, and a valid driver’s license.

Performs month-end and year-end close activities, prepares journal entries, reconciles accounts, analyzes general ledger and income statement variances, and supports financial reporting. Manages assigned accounts payable and receivable functions, maintains fixed asset schedules, supports audits, ensures accounting policy compliance, and collaborates with cross-functional departments. Requires strong knowledge of GAAP, analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Provides administrative, clerical, customer service, purchasing, order-entry, vendor-verification, reporting, and office support for sales operations. Maintains files, processes correspondence, handles calls, enters purchase and sales orders, confirms vendor transactions, assists with competitive analysis, and performs general office duties. Requires accurate data entry, confidentiality, prioritization, communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and company-specific purchasing systems.
