The Technical Recruiter will lead recruitment efforts for the India Tech organization, collaborating with leadership and hiring managers to fill multiple roles. Responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment, managing expectations, building candidate pipelines, and aligning recruitment strategies using data analytics.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design and implement scalable architectures for new features, build secure and maintainable code, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop scalable APIs. Additionally, you will be involved in monitoring, logging, and working on AWS cloud infrastructure while mentoring fellow developers.

The Staff Software Engineer will work on the IoT platform to implement microservices and Lambda functions for device data management. Responsibilities include building data models and APIs, developing messaging pipelines for efficient data transfer, and enhancing cloud security for IoT infrastructure, while also mentoring fellow engineers.
