Lead a Mumbai-based creative studio team, manage workflow and resources, deliver high-quality on-brand design across channels, mentor designers, own projects end-to-end, set creative standards, and integrate generative AI into studio processes to improve quality and efficiency.

Conceptualize, design, and animate motion graphics and explainer videos from concept to final delivery, maintain brand visual identity, experiment with new techniques (including AI), collaborate with the creative team, and mentor junior designers.
