Design, govern, and evolve the Salesforce platform across the group. Lead org consolidation, integrations, CPQ implementations, DevOps and release management. Partner with stakeholders, SIs/AOs, and internal teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions, enforce platform governance, and enable business growth.

Own and develop end-to-end data pipelines and core data models using cloud data warehouses. Ship production dbt models, partner with non-technical stakeholders to deliver useful datasets for BI, CRM, and AI use cases, and use LLMs to assist coding and direct AI agents when appropriate.

Lead the dry docking, inspections, and vessel technical projects product area: define vision and roadmap, capture and surface technical project data, expand partner integrations and automation, collaborate with engineering and commercial teams, measure adoption, and champion AI-driven automation to simplify maritime workflows across the Marcura ecosystem.

The DA Processing Specialist ensures accurate processing of Disbursement Accounts, communicates with Agents, investigates queries, and provides insights on costs for Vessel Operators.
