Manage product features and roadmaps for legal and CLM products by gathering customer needs, defining requirements and wireframes, prioritizing sprint work, coordinating engineering and business teams, and producing sales and marketing collateral. Analyze market and customer use cases to drive strategic product decisions and measure success with KPIs.

Lead engineering strategy, architecture, and delivery for Leah's enterprise Agentic AI products. Define technical roadmap, ensure scalable, secure, high-performance platform, manage global engineering teams, partner with Product and Business stakeholders, drive governance, hiring, and long-term technical strategy.

Work with senior developers to build and maintain user-facing features for enterprise AI and CLM products using Vue.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Develop reusable UI components, integrate with backend APIs, fix bugs, optimize performance, and participate in testing and code reviews.

Design and implement production-grade, stateful, context-aware AI agents and long-running reasoning systems using LangChain ecosystem. Build multi-step agent workflows with structured state, memory, tool orchestration, and reliability mechanisms; integrate LLMs and external APIs; use LangSmith for tracing, debugging, and monitoring. Optimize performance, scalability, and write clean Python backend code.
