The Senior Analyst Sterling Mapping & EDI Integration at Kontoor Brands is responsible for supporting and leading EDI initiatives, partnering with business and IT teams, and implementing EDI projects within budgetary guidelines. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, participating in design sessions, coordinating with 3rd parties, quality assurance, standards and procedures implementation, on-call support, risk management, and supporting project implementation plans.

Lead and contribute to support activities, projects, and process improvement initiatives in a global supply chain environment. Mentor team members, ensure compliance with policies, and provide off-hours support. Proficiency in SQL, SSIS, MS PowerBI, MS PowerApps. Experience with Logility Demand Optimization, Supply Optimization, and Adaptlink.

Lead and contribute to support activities for supply chain management, participate in projects and process improvements, provide user support, ensure compliance with policies, and stay updated on emerging technologies in supply chain management.

Provide back office purchase order and systems data management functions using SAP and Excel. Communicate with internal IT team and vendors, generate reports, and participate in end-user training. Key responsibilities include SAP PO and data maintenance in Supply Chain Management systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation possibilities within identity and access management processes. Develop UI Path automation solutions to streamline and automate manual IDAM tasks. Integrate UI Path automation solutions into existing SAP GRC processes. Gather requirements, enhance processes, conduct testing, and maintain documentation for automation projects.
