Drive discovery, design, build, and implementation with cross-functional teams, enforce methodology and project standards, facilitate workshops and trainings, and identify opportunities for improvement and change orders.

Provide written application support to customers, drive product adoption, handle technical tasks to spec, gather clear ticket requirements, escalate to product/engineering, and recommend process improvements to retain customers.
