Leads defined supply chain advisory and category management workstreams under guidance. Develop and execute sourcing strategies for construction materials, equipment, and services. Lead RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs; negotiate supplier contracts; qualify vendors; analyze procurement data; and drive cost savings. Align procurement with project budgets, timelines, and technical specifications while maintaining audit documentation and supplier performance. Uses SAP and P2P tools, performs accurate transactions, applies basic analytics and foundational project management/RPA skills. Works cross-culturally, communicates with customers, solves problems logically, and is detail-oriented. Bachelor's required, Master's preferred; 2-4 years P2P experience. On-site in Andheri, Mumbai with US night shift.
